New Menu!

We’ve launched our new lunch menu this week. Available daily between 1100h and 1500h.

- The OG ham and cheese melt hasn’t gone anywhere - is there a better toastie?

- Tomato & Mozzarella - triple tomato, oozy mozzarella, basil and balsamic glaze.

- New Yorker - pastrami, Swiss cheese, gherkins & sauerkraut make for an amazing combination.

- Homemade hot sausage rolls are now available everyday (while stocks last) ask for the daily flavour. They are perfect paired with one of our fresh salads.

We look forward to seeing you for lunch soon, make sure you have room for cake after!

Soft Serve Sundae’s
Starting Wednesday 12th August we are offering soft serve ice cream - a perfect treat for this hot summer weather! Available in four options - chocolate Oreo, Biscoff, caramel fudge or triple chocolate brownie.
Bring your friends and family to the cafe for a cup of deliciousness - available between 2 and 4 whilst stocks last.

New toastie - we’ve added a chicken, pesto, rocket & mozzarella toastie to our menu this week. Perfect when paired with our red cabbage and pomegranate slaw for a summer lunch.
Pair with an iced coffee, sit in the garden or enjoy our aircon inside.

We are open! And WHAT. A. START!
I am honestly blown away and overwhelmed by the response from the first two days, it was more than I ever imagined.
Thursday morning I couldn’t get out of bed, I was so paralysed with fear about the opening. But I shouldn’t have been so anxious. The cafe was full from opening until closing!
I am honestly astounded and touched by all the comments - on the food, decor, coffee and atmosphere. THANK YOU to everyone who came.

I scaled down the toastie menu to make things more manageable and I’m still working out how much to bake each day. But I’ll find my feet with time and new items will come to the menu, especially for lunch.

For now we have incredible sourdough toasties, a cake counter full of your favourite treats and the most delicious Colombian coffee.

I can’t believe what happened last week, it’s beyond my wildest dreams, but let’s do it all again from tomorrow.

The Windlesham Cakery Book Club
Do you love reading & chatting about books as much as I do? The red phone box book library in the village would suggest that we’ve got a village of readers!
So let’s start a monthly book club, somewhere to discuss different styles of books, meet new people in the village, build connections & get together in a cosy environment.

This month might be short notice but let’s go for it!

Our first book is The Correspondent by Virginia Evans. I’ve seen this everywhere with rave reviews and can’t wait to read it.

It’s finally happening! I’m opening on Thursday 11th June @ 0830h. We’re taking things slow to make sure we get it right, this means the menu will be building up slowly.
There will be all the cakes on the counter, sourdough toasties and salad and the best coffee from
I want this to be more than a cafe, it’s somewhere to meet for great food and drink, somewhere to host parties and events, somewhere to get your celebration cakes and somewhere to come together for evening events and workshops (keep your eyes peeled for more!!)
Come in for coffee, a brownie / cookie / cake or a toastie from Thursday. Can’t wait to see you.
