Good Morning!
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend! We have had a couple of messages regarding the Card Machine in the Hut! We have added another way to pay in the Hut to solve any problems people are having with the Card Machine!

New Scan to Pay QR code, simply on your phones Camera, hold your phones camera over the code & a link will pop up, taking you straight to a payment page, enter the amount & either use apple/google pay or fill out your card details & click pay!

Ive also made the card machine instructions more clear & upped the brightness on the card machine! There is a little button on the side of the machine that when pressed wakes the card machine up! Some times it does take a couple of seconds for the screen to wake up!

This is Dan, my amazing boyfriend, you may recognise him from Markets, I just wanted to do a post to thank him, he always fills in, in the bakery when the girls are off, does all the markets for me, closes the hut at night so I can sleep and helps me package bakes till 2am! & of course is head taster of all bakes! Without him Im not sure how I would run a Bakery & Cake hut! Thank you Dan 🩷 ######

Hi Everyone!

I thought I would do a post regarding Gluten Free Bakes, we have had a lot of requests for Gluten Free bakes since opening the Hut. I have looked into what we have to do to be able to offer Gluten free Bakes! After taking advice from Environmental Health, we can offer Low Gluten Bakes!

But what is Low Gluten? We use all Gluten free ingredients in the bakes and take special care when creating these bakes, but as we do have normal flour in the air and use the same ovens to bake off as we do the non gluten free bakes (not at the same time), we cannot be classified as a full 100% Gluten Free Bakery so must label bakes Low Gluten.

I have been working on some Low Gluten recipes would you like to see these bakes in the Hut?

Hello! I just thought for all our new followers & anyone who has just found out about the Hut. I would do a little post about our Cake Hut, Beach Hut Bakes down in Parkgate! We have been open now for 12 weeks which is amazing! The hut is open 7 days a week!
Monday - Friday 10am till 8pm
Saturday - Sunday 10am till 9pm

I stock it daily with fresh bakes from our kitchen which is inside the building next to the Hut, you may have seen me from the window busy baking! Everything in the Hut is packaged up & labeled with ingredients & allergens!

How the Hut works is you come up & pick your bakes, we have a card machine with instructions on how to use next to the machine (there is a little button on the side of the card machine to wake it up), & we have a cash box aswell, as the Hut is unmanned we cannot give out change.

We also have a ring doorbell in there if you want to give us a wave! I have loved meeting so many new customers & We now have regular cake hutters coming along which is just amazing! The support the hut has had, I cannot thank everyone enough! You have kept me soo busy in the Kitchen! If theres any bakes you would love to see in the Hut just let me know!

To find the Hut on the Parade, it is located next to Britannia Spice, it is bright Blue so you cant miss it! Look forward to seeing you all on the Doorbell!
