We are delighted to announce we are back open for business!
A bit about us - Orchid House Coffee Shop works in partnership with Fir Tree College and this collaboration gives young people with additional needs the chance to gain meaningful work experience and build valuable skills in communication, customer service, money management and independence - all while working under the guidance of our dedicated staff.

We'd also like to give a warm welcome to Dawn Lammas , our newest team member at Orchid house! Dawn has supported the learners at Fir Tree for the past three years across various work place settings and has recently completed training at our coffee shop partner, The Gates Wigan .

At Orchid house, our menu is simple but delicious, offering food and coffee made with the finest local ingredients from trusted suppliers such as Roberts & Co Coffee and local butchers.

We're open Monday to Thurday, 9am - 3pm - so why not pop in for breakfast or lunch, enjoy the cosy atmosphere, or grab a takeaway?🍰☕️
