🔽BIG NEWS COMING SOON🔽
▪️Hopefully, over the next few weeks, I’ll finally be able to share some MASSIVE news! The show has hit a slight setback, but everything should be kicking off next month. I’ll share all the details as soon as I’m given the green light to post!
▪️Next week’s menu will be a little smaller as I gear up for some more filming for something else. Both shows will be airing on Channel 4, one next month and the other next year. Things are getting exciting!
▪️What an incredible year it’s been so far! 11 awards won at the British Pie Awards, being crowned the 18th Supreme Champion of the UK, becoming a finalist once again at the Wigan Business Awards for Hospitality Business of the Year and Small Retail Supplier of the Year, reaching the finals of the UK Small Business Awards for Best Bakery, and now filming for two separate TV shows!
▪️On top of all that, I’ve had two operations this year, taken on loads of collaborations, retained my 5 star food hygiene, lost nearly 4 stone, kicked alcohol to the kerb (nearly four months now!) and continued to do it all as a solo baker.
▪️Some people might think I’m absolutely mad with the workload I put on myself, especially when I’m also running all my own social media. But I’ll always stand by one thing, you only get out of life what you put in, nothing is handed to you!
▪️The drive I’ve got in me right now is unreal, and I’m nowhere near ready to slow down. There’s so much more to come, and I can’t wait to share the next chapter with you all!
