The beautiful white and dark chocolate topping meets its match with a delicious side profile, the glistening, tart amarena cherries encased in fudgy dark chocolate brownie showing through in every slice.

What the hell is kombucha? 🤔

Fair question. Most people have no idea – so here's the short version:

It's tea that's been fermented. Has probiotics and live cultures. You know that stuff that adds to your gut bone and doesn't detract from it. Sounds weird, tastes great.

Think lightly fizzy, a bit tangy, a bit fruity, somewhere between a posh lemonade and a dry c***r, minus the hangover.

We're stocking Counter Culture, brewed in Bristol. Organic, low sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and the cans look ace.

Blackberry season doesn’t hang around for long, so we made the most of it! Sharp British blackberries and crunchy nibbed pistachios are folded through a beautifully moist sponge, then topped with a generous swirl of blackberry cream cheese frosting.
