Guys, I'm so sorry but I can't make the fayre tomorrow at Willowfields.

The bread is failing. I've made 8 foccacia and the heat is sinking it. I have 2 thats sale worthy. The dough for the morning has sunk. Its 36 degrees in the kitchen now and I'm on my 8th batch of dough and thats struggling. I hate to cancel this late but I have very little stock that is sale worthy. I'm so sorry.

Everything is a sticky flat mess.

If I was commercial kitchen, it would be different. But I'm a home situation. The pair of us have been making dough since 8pm in hope the cooler evening would help.

Generally, I never cancel unless I'm dead. Hell, if you know me, you will know I have checked out of hospital after an asthma attack to get to a gig to sing. This is not a light decision at all. I'm so sorry but I haven't enough stock to sell.
