🚨It comes with great sadness that we have to announce our closure with immediate effect🚨
Thank you to everyone that supported us. It was an absolute pleasure while it lasted.
I keep thinking of all the Friday and Saturday nights we had queues waiting for a table, and Uber drivers waiting in the car park. Friends coming to support us and made up at how busy we we're.
Then the Cost of Living Crisis hit and we've been In survival mode ever since.
I'm trying my hardest to keep as many as the staff in work as possible, either in the Waterloo restaurant or somewhere else.

Carbonara, a beautiful classic and the perfect dish to comfort on these miserable nights.

We make ours with Guanciale. Guanciale has a higher fat content than Pancetta and melts into the dish adding so much beautiful flavour. Guanciale is also cured for a lot longer than Pancetta, which again adds a whole load more flavour and you know, we are all about flavour.

OUR PASTA MENU LAUNCHES THIS THURSDAY THE 9TH OF NOVEMBER
We're so excited to bring our homemade, fresh pasta dishes alongside our world class pizza.
Just like our pizza, the pasta will be made in house and prepared with the same amount of passion.
