I have my first volunteer taste tester ., they have been to thailand and know what to expect from a thai dish ....

So i decided for them....

Sum tum as starter...

A home made thai broth....

For main course ...

Penang curry medium range ...
Authentic & traditional paste ...

Pad kra phrao

Serivice with thai jasmine rice

For dessert ...

Thai style Banana in coconut ...

mango with sticky Rice ....

I know this was my parents Top dishes

And will get this guy coming in once we open or ask for takeaway ...

Too all Jimmy's cafe customer's i know that you all missed this place and some of you have asked and wonder what will be happening to this place...
As most of you know who has set up this page and know me my name and people that have just recently follow this page welcome on board ...
I have though long and hard about my decision and found perfect opportunity and to see James Edward McColm Rip & Urai McColm dream finally reactive again by someone that has the same dream as my parent's and hopefully fulfiled the legacy.. Leonard Rossiter can i say from my family too your i am so greatful to you .. am have no other words to say.. apart From Jimmy's Cafe be up and running in 2027 next year's ..
We will set a date just of yet yes you all hear right we will be Opening again fingercross Sping .. another update will be posted soon.

Posting this Messages to everyone that Knew our Dad Jimmy He Past aways this Morning 7:30am he died due to Covid & emmonia
Dad was in Hospital from last sunday 10th october the i spoke to dad on the tuesday thinking he will pull though but went down hill from the wednesday ..., mum aka Urai McColm and me Aka Jan Thaigirl Read ask to come in to see dad this Sunday 17th plus Vid call my brother Jason McColm & sister Oakie McColm so can be around him in the hospital ...
I will let every one know when the time come to be memory to dad until then give all time ...thankyou Sapphire Wolf Hazzard my daughter helping mummy and my husband Stephen Colin Read my sister Heather McColm Julie Matthew Jason Davies Marina Baker Teresa Norris and Jason Mccolm & oakie for all the help and support for our family needed to get though this we are thankful & greatful for everything we love u all plus also little cuz Taz Brady and my brother Jason Mccolm for posting on facebook aswell for people to know what going on we are most greatful for that too mwah big love & hugs X######

My Hubsand crack me up just love the way is when speak his mind ., that one of things love about him .., especially when you're talking to a counselor of this borough ., the guy had no words to say only that have paid your business rate ..,
people that listen in to convo said make you right with every point my Steph made
