🌿 MIDWEEK PAUSE

Quiet the Noise

Sometimes life gets a little too loud.

Work. Family. Responsibilities. Messages. Noise. The endless “what’s next?”

Midweek Pause is an opportunity to step away from all of that for an evening and simply give yourself some space.

Join Reverend Ashley Robinson at Hackbridge Hall Spiritualist Church for a gentle evening of guided meditation, relaxation, grounding, reflection and stillness.

No experience is needed. You don’t need to be “good” at meditation. And there is absolutely nothing you need to achieve.

Just come, settle in and pause.

✨ What to expect

🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation and relaxation
🌿 Gentle grounding
🕯️ Peaceful reflection and stillness
