🍳 He’s been cooking up a storm here for over 3 1/2 years and LIVES for the buzz of a busy service…“The rush boosts my energy!”

🍗 Pingon’s go-to? Apricot & harissa-spiced chicken tagine, with a crisp Peroni to celebrate the end of a shift!

🎶 When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him listening to music, watching cooking videos, playing any sport going, or binging Bollywood movies and detective series!
