A Piece of Lowes History Comes Home ❤️
This old clocking-in machine has taken quite a journey over the years.
For decades it stood in the foyer of our Ely factory, where generations of employees would clock in and out at the start and end of every shift. Even I used it myself when I first joined the business.
When the factory closed, this piece of our history disappeared from view, but after many years it has finally found its way back home and now takes pride of place in my office.
As the fourth generation of our family business, moments like this remind me just how much history sits behind the Lowes name. Every mark, every card and every tick of the clock represents the people who helped build the company we have today.
Established in 1890, we’re proud of where we’ve come from and excited about where we’re going.
Sometimes the oldest things tell the best stories. 💙
