๐Ÿ”ฅ WHERE ARE THE HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS? ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The Loft Steakhouse & Grill is looking for someone SPECIAL.

Not someone who just wants a few shifts.

Not someone who thinks front of house means carrying plates from A to B.

Weโ€™re looking for a proper hospitality professional. ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿธ

Someone who can own a section. Sell a steak. Recommend a w**e. Upsell a cocktail. Read a table. Handle pressure. Have a laugh. And make customers want to come back before theyโ€™ve even left.

Weโ€™ve got the restaurant.
Weโ€™ve got the food.
Weโ€™ve got the atmosphere.
Weโ€™ve got an amazing team.

Now we want another superstar. โญ

At The Loft Steakhouse & Grill, Darlington, we take hospitality seriously โ€” but we have a bloody good time doing it.

We want someone who:

๐Ÿ”ฅ Has genuine front-of-house experience
๐Ÿ”ฅ LOVES dealing with people
๐Ÿ”ฅ Understands that great service is also great sales
๐Ÿ”ฅ Has personality, confidence and energy
๐Ÿ”ฅ Notices the little things without being told
๐Ÿ”ฅ Can handle a busy Saturday night without falling apart
๐Ÿ”ฅ Takes pride in being brilliant at what they do
๐Ÿ”ฅ Wants to work somewhere they can actually make a difference

๐Ÿ’ฐ WHATโ€™S IN IT FOR YOU?

Excellent rates of pay + bonuses for the right person.

Great working environment.
A strong, ambitious independent business.
Proper opportunities to progress.
And a team that wants to be the best in town โ€” not just another restaurant.

We donโ€™t care whether youโ€™re 21 or 51.

If hospitality is your craft, we want to meet you.

Think youโ€™re the person weโ€™ve been looking for?

๐Ÿ‘‰ Drop us a message telling us who you are, where youโ€™ve worked and WHY youโ€™re bloody good at hospitality.

No boring CV essay required.

Come and show us what a proper front-of-house professional looks like. ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐Ÿšจ Where are all the hospitality superstars hiding? ๐Ÿšจ

Seriouslyโ€ฆ where are you?

The Loft Steakhouse & Grill is looking for one exceptional Front of House professional.

Not just someone who can carry plates.

Not just someone whoโ€™s โ€œworked in hospitality.โ€

Weโ€™re looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives on creating unforgettable experiences, and knows that great service is also great sales.

Someone who can read a table, build rapport, recommend the perfect w**e or steak, and leave every guest thinkingโ€ฆ

โ€œWowโ€ฆ that was brilliant.โ€

What youโ€™ll be joiningโ€ฆ

โญ Darlingtonโ€™s #1 rated restaurant on TripAdvisor
โญ An incredible, supportive team that genuinely enjoys coming to work
โญ Amazing customers who appreciate quality
โญ Hospitality hours that actually give you a life
โญ Excellent rates of pay, plus performance bonuses

Someone who treats every service like opening night.

If youโ€™re the type of person who canโ€™t walk past a guest without checking theyโ€™re happyโ€ฆ who gets a buzz from a full restaurantโ€ฆ and believes exceptional hospitality is an art, we want to meet you.

This isnโ€™t just another Front of House job.

Itโ€™s your chance to become part of one of the most exciting hospitality teams in the North East.
