Isaacs on the Quay Home of great beers, fine food and regular live sport & music on the Ipswich Waterfront! Most Live Sports shown including Sky and BT Sports.

The Isaac Lord Merchant Quarter on the stunning Ipswich Waterfront hosts four bars with a large courtyard and garden. Breakfast from 9am Monday to Thursday and 8am Friday to Sunday. Main menu from 12:00pm Monday to Saturday and 12:30pm on Sundays. Kitchen Closes 9pm,

Bars open 11am 7 days a week. We are a family-friendly venue except for some events and weekends after 9pm. We are recommencing our

live music most Sundays at 3pm during the summer, the music takes place in the Courtyard (weather permitting), at other times, the music will be in the Merchant Bar or Griddle Area. Always check social media for updates to avoid disappointment.

👫 We will be operating Challenge 25. Please ensure you bring appropriate ID with you. Entry is 18 and over.

From tasty breakfast items to get your day started to delicious light lunches, mouthwatering mains and scrumptious desserts, head down to Isaacs and try our new menu.

Here's all you need to know about our serving times:

Our kitchen will be closed today as we prepare for the launch of our exciting NEW menu, coming tomorrow! ✨🍽️

Don’t worry – our coffee shop is still open as usual, serving up plenty of delicious cakes, pastries and your favourite hot drinks ☕🥐

And remember, for every slice of cake purchased, we’ll donate 25p to St Elizabeth Hospice💛

📣 Important Kitchen Update!

We're excited to announce that our new menu will launch next week, and we have some new dishes ready to tempt your taste buds.

To give our team time to taste, train and prepare for the launch, our kitchen will be closed from 6pm on Sunday 14 June and will remain closed on Monday 15 June.

But don't worry, our Coffee Tavern will still be open from 8am, serving a range of cakes and pastries to keep you going. And, of course, our bars will be open as normal. So, whether it's a coffee and sweet treat with friends or a drink overlooking the waterfront, stop by and feel right at home.

After months of preparation, we're ready to make the 2026 World Cup one to remember. With multiple screens throughout the venue and plenty of seating, bring your friends, secure your spot and come and join us for all the action from the pitch.
