SUMAC CHERRY & GOAT CHEESE STARTER || Cumin Falafel || Spinach & Cucumber || Chinese Five Spice Balsamic Dressing

Absolutely BANGING starter that I had the urge to create after a lovely evening in Montrose, networking at Sillyflatt Farm.

THE BEST 🍌 🍫 Banana & Chocolate Milkshake

Serves 4:

2 ripe bananas
600ml ice cold milk
Pinch sea salt
1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
Drizzle of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
85% dark chocolate

Prepare: whizz all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Assemble: pour into cold glasses, dust with more cacao powder and shave over dark chocolate

Enjoy all the flavour, nutrition and none of the guilt! No sh*te stabilisers or emulsifiers in this either 👌🏼❤️

What a privilege to teach. You don't take the steps when you're ready, you start walking and experience, learn and build it as you go...

When I went to UHI Moray, I studied professional cookery and bakery, and little did I know I would find my way into growing and cooking in schools. What an honour. I'm grateful to my tutors for giving me the freedom to explore my interests in the industry. I can see what I love doing brings joy to others through my passion and ambition. It's addictive and to know you're raising a generation of children who are inspired by the edible world around them? That's just awesome.

Aldi provided some incredible ingredients for this chef's lunchtime. I'm really impressed with the quality and variety I picked up in store. Own brand products are very similar to the branded competition, which shows it's good to shop around and try with curiosity.

Nocellara olives, Spanish tortilla. Golden cherry tomatoes, greek feta. What an absolute delight. So good to have Mediterranean foods up here in Scotland.

** BASIL FRIED PANKO LEMON SOLE || GRAPEFRUIT & CUCUMBER SALAD || LIME & DILL MAYO ** So much fun playing with food! This beautiful dish was whipped up quickly and was a joy to balance flavours and slide in a few magical pops of flavour.
