What a mind-blowing few days it’s been! 🌍👨‍🍳

I feel incredibly lucky to have experienced everything this week has brought. From cooking in stunning locations to creating unforgettable dining experiences for amazing clients and their guests, it’s been one of those trips that reminds me just how much I love what I do.

I’ll be getting back to everyone’s messages today and tomorrow, so thank you all for your patience while I’ve been busy in the kitchen.

What a day of cooking that was! 👨‍🍳🔥
An incredible day creating and serving some amazing dishes, all showcasing the very best local ingredients. From fresh produce to outstanding flavours, it’s always a pleasure turning quality ingredients into memorable dining experiences.
Being able to work with such fantastic local suppliers and produce is one of the things I love most about what I do. Every dish tells a story, and today was all about celebrating the flavours of the region.
Now it’s time to relax and enjoy the sunshine before jumping back on the plane to England on Monday for another packed week of events, private dining experiences, and exciting new menus. ✈️🍽️
On to the next adventure!

If this trip couldn’t get any better…

After an incredible few days cooking for my client and their guests here in Lanzarote, I’ve been invited by one of the guests to come and cook for them this evening aboard this stunning boat.

Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do. From private dinner parties in the UK to exclusive events in beautiful locations around the world, it’s an absolute privilege to create memorable dining experiences wherever my clients need me.

🌍✈️ What can I say… what an incredible week!

This week has been an absolute honour and one I’ll never forget. One of my UK clients asked me to fly out to Lanzarote to cook for him and his VIP guests, and it’s been an experience from start to finish.

From sourcing stunning local ingredients to creating bespoke dining experiences in some truly breathtaking locations, every moment has been a privilege. Being trusted to deliver unforgettable meals for such amazing guests is exactly why I love what I do.

As a private chef, opportunities like this remind me how lucky I am to take my passion all over the world. Whether it’s an intimate dinner party in the UK or an exclusive event overseas, no destination is too far when it comes to creating exceptional food and unforgettable memories.

I had the absolute honour of being invited out to Lanzarote to cook for my client and their closest family and friends on such a special occasion. Being trusted to create memorable dining experiences for life’s biggest moments is something I never take for granted.

There’s something special about sitting in a beautiful harbour, surrounded by stunning yachts and boats, taking in the view while waiting for clients to arrive. Moments like these are a reminder of how lucky I am to do what I love.
