Wednesday 20th May 2026 was a fantastic day!
The day we started our salad lunch boxes.
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that put an order in.
Your support is very much appreciated and I hope you all enjoyed your salad boxes, as much as I enjoyed making them for you.
And it was also my birthday!
So after making our deliveries, me and the hubby headed over to Fowey, Cornwall
Sat by the water,, eating some delicious seafood and enjoying some wine! ๐Ÿ’•
And thank you to my mum for my birthday present,, the new Nathan๏ฟผ Outlaw cook book. ๐Ÿ™Œ

HOW ITS GOING TO WORK ๐Ÿ‘‡

โ€ข We will be delivering your salad boxes to you every Wednesday and Friday morning before 12pm, across The Roseland

โ€ข Get your orders in by Tuesday 3pm for a Wednesday delivery or Thursday 3pm for a Friday delivery

โ€ข You can order your salad box by
- Messaging us through Messenger or
- Messaging us through WhatsApp (07972299818)
The salad you would like, box size, name and address

Each week we will be offering two different salad box menus.
โ€ข You pay for the size box you would like and we will fill it with the delicious salad of your choice.

For you to enjoy at work, on a picnic, together or alone!

A great one pan side dish and so adaptable to whatever veg you have.
VEG OPTIONS
- red onion
- courgette
- cherry tomatoes
- peppers
- asparagus
- sweet potato
Add a little olive oil, mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
Roast for half an hour and your good to go!
