Last day of year 5 & year 7 for our two homeschoolers! So proud of what they have achieved this academic year. Not all of our lessons are taught in the ‘classroom’. These ladies have learned real-life skills and a deeper connection with many cultures. We (me included) are so excited for a summer break to relax our brains and decompress. Probably a big glass of wine at sunset for this teacher 🍷 Happy Summer Holidays to all!

Almost 9 months in to this adventure and not regretting a moment of choosing to slow down & explore more!
Discovering new countries, different cultures, plentiful sea life and hours cherishing our girls’ childhood.
Life on the boat isn’t always easy, but with each challenge we take it head on. The girls are learning so much about themselves & how common sense is equally important to academic knowledge.
Life is worth living, sometimes you just have to take a big leap!

The girls had a cheeky lie in last week (on a school day!) so I took the opportunity to bake them off some special, cinnamon raisin bagels. 🥯 Warm & ready from the oven when they woke up. Fuelling homeschooling with one small bribe at a time!

Thanks to .eats for the super easy recipe. She said in her post ‘if you only have time to make one of my recipes, make this!’ I couldn’t agree more. Everyone devoured them! 🙌
