Hi everyone so sorry I’ve not been on hear for a while lots going on but I thought I’d post today and tell you personally as I only thought it was right , it is with a very heavy heart that I am writing this post today to tell everybody that I no longer work at Tavern at the Mill after nearly 11 years , a wise man once said to me do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life and he was right 10 years doing what I love at the Tavern has been amazing working with some amazing people , great Managers , great Chefs and loyal Customers and Work Colleagues to whom I still remain great friends with ❤️
It wasn’t a decision I made lightly or that I even wanted to make that decision reasons I won’t discuss on here but as they say when one door shuts another one opens and things happen for a reason . I want to thank all my lovely Followers / Customers , Friends and work Colleagues for just being the best, my second family ... I love you all and why I got up at silly O’clock every morning to bake I just loved it x
Don’t worry It’s not the last you’ve seen of Baked With 💗so watch this Space 👀I’ll never stop Baking its in my blood 40 years this year I enrolled at Blackpool & Fylde College to start my Patisserie Chefs Dream Doing a C & G certificate in Baking , Confectionery , Patisserie and Cake Decoration its been my life its my love and Passion to an obsession to those who know me well call me the feeder 🍰I’m always in the kitchen at home and always cook and bake more than i need but at least you would never starve in my house and always leave with a care package and always Cake 🍰 lol ...as work Colleagues would say over the years have had the pleasure of putting on a few pounds whilst tasting probably over 100 different Cakes / Cheesecakes tray bakes over the past 10 years x
So It’s so long and definitely not goodbye 😢 and a big thank you again to all my followers and hope you still follow along on my next journey who knows what’s to come but guaranteed it will be something Sweet 😋
