✨ MEET MARIA ✨

If you’ve visited us before, chances are you already know Maria’s friendly face.

Maria originally helped launch our Swinton kitchen last year before moving across to the hospice, but after missing the buzz of Swinton and all of her lovely regular customers, she’s officially back where she belongs.

Maria loves creating comforting, flavour-packed dishes and making sure every customer leaves happy (and very full!).

For Maria, food is all about bringing people together, creating memories, and making people feel at home the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find her relaxing with a fishing rod in hand, enjoying a bit of peace and quiet by the water.

We’re so happy to have her back at Swinton… make sure you pop in and say hello 👋

She remembers your usual order, keeps the good vibes flowing, and somehow manages to make latte art look effortless (we’re still convinced it’s magic).
