This weekend we entered The Beefy Boys BBQ competition at the 3 Counties Food Festival and WON !

Was an amazing day, the sun was out, got to spend the day Barbequing and met , , , Spud Man and LumberjAxe Food Company !

Was very surreal having everyone taste and judge our dishes; first round was the Signature Burger where we showcased our Umami Jammer - double smashed patties with housemade smoked bacon jam and burnt butter miso mayo

Second round was the Freestyle BBQ. For this we produced a platter with cherry BBQ Gloucestershire pork belly burnt ends, Worcestershire mop Tri-tip, Herefordshire cider glazed three point chicken wings, all served with our tangy slaw, Street Box mac'n'cheese and cheese tator tots. All cooked on our three Webber Kettle BBQs.
