This lovely gentlemen needed a new dpc course from both the internal side and external side of his property however he did not want to go through the up heaval of a full plaster removal etc so i repaired and repainted the internal side while cleaning the cavity via the removal of the bricks to the side of the property to stop the water breach of the original dpc

A small concreting and garden area tidy up, we removed a small area which was quite deep of concrete and bricks, cut down an old pipe and recemented the area black flat unfortunately the end photos were taken on another phone and now lost, the garden area was strimmed, with the bushes cut back and we removed over nine rubble sacks worth of built up rubbish from the previous years
