With years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, I've had the privilege of working at Union Hand Roasted Coffee, where I led sales teams and operations teams, whilst developing my own coffee skills to SCA standards. One of my most memorable experiences was travelling to Rwanda to show customers the communities that grow, nurture and perfect the coffee they serve.
