What an amazing weekend, 2 events, first at Neil bank for the ls29 group 20th anniversary, which was an amazing day and fantastic to see and meet everyone. And then the next day comp which was so much fun to watch and feed everyone their caffein intake.

Last week for hot food Thursday we had slow roasted in Guinness beef and sandwiches ( with horseradish of course ) and it was amazing, so soft it pulled apart and melted in your mouth, I personally as the professional taste tester enjoyed it.
