Going full Cockney this weekend! 🇬🇧🦪
To be honest, I’ve always loved cockles, whelks, and jellied eels way more than expensive lobster. They take me right back to the treats my dad used to bring home for us when I was growing up.
So, I’ve set up a proper mini fish counter right in the kitchen to test the waters with a few classic extras we don’t usually stock:

Stepping back from full-time work right now to fully embrace this time with my four-month-old daughter is the best decision I’ve ever made. 💕 We had the most wonderful day together as a family at the Whitstable oyster festival—doing my absolute favorite thing in the world: eating oysters, drinking w**e, and just soaking in every second with her and my husband.
