A snapshot of what you can expect from a feast menu this Friday! This is my imbolc feast offering from back in February.
It contains changeable seasonal elements so although slightly different, still the same beauty at its core.

From the top left:
-Seasonal salad with Herby cheese and homegrown leaves
-Homemade Focaccia
- A syrup to create a hot or cold drink
-A pastry or small side element for dipping in other elements of the meal
-A stew or main with seasonal vegetables at its core
-Vibrant Hummus
-A dessert with soaked homemade syrup or fresh berries

All this for £27 🌞

Solstice is a week away, long beautiful days with colourful life and vibrancy await us. I've taken a week out of Shrewsbury to spend with loved ones, but I'm back soon and ready to get your feast menus underway!

Expect a seasonally created, plant based feast made with love and care. Homegrown salads are where we are at on this cyclical turn, as well as foraged elderflower to celebrate this beautiful time of year.

*Plant Based Catering*
Ive been busy this week with a wedding buffet order which has been wonderful to create for 70 guests.
I offered a series of dishes to my lovely customers and they chose their additions to their buffet for their marquee garden party.

I didn't get to take many pictures in action as I was very busy getting it all ready and the food was needed later that day. Fingers crossed I can share some more images with you soon!

If you're holding any sort of party or gathering this summer and would like some plant based additions to your spread please feel free to get in touch!

As we move into the warmer months my homegrown offerings will only continue to increase, seasonal food and homegrown produce make the perfect addition to your celebration 🎉.

Blessed Beltane to you all!

I'd usually have a feast menu on the go this week to celebrate another cyclical change but work has been super busy lately in lots of wonderful ways and it's demanded most of my working time.

Some wonderful developments are underway and concreted this with a successful visit from Shropshire Council this week.

I found a moment to enjoy potting on my flowers and vegetable seeds this afternoon. It felt like a nice way to honour the change in my business, the blossoming, blooming and growth I'm living through now.

I feel an awakening in me. Spring is well and truly here and isn't it just wonderful!

Thanks for all the new followers lately and to everyone who supports me on this journey always. I'm grateful to you all!

Beautiful greens sauteed and freshly picked, salads assembled for a customer to take this afternoon along with some freezer food too.
If you're looking for plant based ready meals to help ease your week stay tuned as I have been working hard in the background to bring this to life and it's almost ready!
I'll be offering seasonal freezer food and freshly made lunches to order and stock up for the family at home.
