A snapshot of what you can expect from a feast menu this Friday! This is my imbolc feast offering from back in February.
It contains changeable seasonal elements so although slightly different, still the same beauty at its core.
From the top left:
-Seasonal salad with Herby cheese and homegrown leaves
-Homemade Focaccia
- A syrup to create a hot or cold drink
-A pastry or small side element for dipping in other elements of the meal
-A stew or main with seasonal vegetables at its core
-Vibrant Hummus
-A dessert with soaked homemade syrup or fresh berries
