A very special cake for a very special horse-loving birthday lady! 💕✨

This one was 4 layers of rich chocolate sponge, sandwiched with delicious chocolate buttercream and salted caramel, then covered in a smooth layer of chocolate ganache. 🍫🤎

The cake was finished with an edible image of Anna and her beautiful horse C Star competing, bringing the whole design to life. 🐎🏆

And to top it all off, I hand-made a little topper of C Star especially for Anna! 🐴💗

I absolutely loved creating this one and hope Anna had the most amazing birthday! 🎉🎂💕

This was such a fun cake to make! 🎂🤎

A 3-layer chocolate cake, filled with delicious chocolate buttercream and covered in rich chocolate ganache 🍫

Finished with a personalised edible countryside image featuring the family dog, cows and tractor, topped with handmade Aigle wellies 👢🌾 and surrounded by a grass-effect buttercream finish.

I absolutely loved bringing this countryside-themed design to life! 🤎💚
