We have the following vacancies available at the Carriage House Higham Ferrers to help strengthen our existing team!

All applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends, have a good work ethic and confident with customers

Please remember this is hospitality so we have to work when others are enjoying them selves!

Assistant manager….
Work alongside the manager producing rotas, stock control, working and managing main bars, cleanliness & working with restaurant supervisor to maintain consistency through out

Bar Supervisor…….
Work alongside the existing supervisors, ensuring a professional & friendly service, cleanliness of the bars & and bar areas are all achieved

Commis Chef / CDP…..
Work alongside the existing team of chefs to provide the bar and restaurant menus to a high standard & kitchen cleanliness is achieved to a high standard

Kitchen Porter……
Working alongside the existing KPs to help the chefs with some prep work, washing up & kitchen cleanliness
