The Mixed Feelings

So I asked the chef that I fancy a dry curry. Dryer than a Bhuna but not a Shashlik. I just couldn't make my mind up. So the chef fried onions and Peppers in a Tandoor sauce and stir fried it with slow cooked chicken and mixed spices. A dry curry full of flavour and lots of texture. He calls it the 'Mixed Feelings" now available to order.

Wow what a night was last night. We prepared for a busy night but our preparations was finished by 7pm. However we powered through and finished the night strong. Thankyou to my full team for their hardwork. I really do appreciate it.

Many customers ask why our curries take that little longer. The short answer is we cook all our dishes in four stages where spices are toasted a little further at each stage and we've noticed cooking in that manner tends to bring out the flavours more.

This nomination only comes from the support we have received from you. We work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring you a taste of authentic Bangladeshi cuisine with spices imported directly from our village of Tajpur Bangladesh. I know along the way we haven't been always fantastic and deliveries took longer than expected. I can only apologise to you and I can assure you we have put resources in place to ensure you get that Restaurant quality food delivered to your door as soon as possible. We are working a new blend of spices in Bangladesh and our head chef is on site trial and testing to ensure we can bring you better improved dishes.

Another sold out night at ishys kitchen 🤯❤️

For a small village takeaway to be this busy every weekend still surprises us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person that orders, recommends us, travels to us and waits patiently during the chaos.

We went from nobody walking in for days.. to this.the From Riddlesden to their nation🌍
