The hospitality sector has come together to launch – a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.

Spearheaded by chef and publican Tom Kerridge, we’re working alongside trade bodies across the sector, such as and , hospitality communities like , and you, businesses across hospitality, to say 10% VAT is fair for hospitality.

Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.

This campaign is for everyone: businesses, customers, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff, hotel teams, farmers, brewers, suppliers and producers.

Join us this Mother's Day for a relaxed, warm and welcoming Sunday filled with good food and even better company.

We'll be serving our beautiful Sunday roasts including tender Chicken and classic beef, all freshly prepared and perfect for treating someone special. Our specials board will be out, and you can also expect a few themed cocktails for the occasion to make it that little bit more memorable.

Mother’s Day at Rustique 🌸

It may be a few weeks away but we’re already preparing to make it special. Join us this Mother’s Day for a beautiful Sunday dinner featuring roast lamb and roast chicken, served with all the classic trimmings and plenty of flavour.

Valentine’s Specials at Rustique 🤍

This Valentine’s, we’re setting the table for something special.
Soft candlelight, unhurried evenings, and a menu created just for the occasion.

Our Valentine’s Specials begin with a smoked mackerel Scotch egg, crisp and golden, served with mixed leaves and a fresh lemon herb dressing — the perfect way to start the evening.

For the main course, we’re offering two indulgent Valentine’s Specials:
A perfectly cooked T-bone steak, served with portobello mushrooms, vine tomatoes, onions, rich pan juices and new potatoes, or chicken wrapped in smoky bacon, paired with truffle mash and a velvety mushroom sauce. Comforting, indulgent, and made to be enjoyed slowly.

To finish, our Valentine’s dessert specials bring the evening to a sweet close — choose between a white chocolate baked cheesecake or a passion fruit panna cotta, light, elegant, and impossible to resist.
