Y Twr hotel Pwllheli.
Re-roofing Works to the Stable Block at Y Twr Pwllheli
Y Twr Pwllheli is inviting suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the re-roofing of the Grade II listed stable block located to the rear of the former hotel building. The project includes:
Full scaffolding installation
Removal and replacement of the existing slate roof
New rooflights
New leadwork and rainwater goods
Provision for solar panel installation
Associated timber and chimney repairs and refurbishment works.
The works are intended to secure and preserve the historic fabric of the building and must be completed by March 2027.
