🍬 Liquorice Festival Weekend at The Old Galley Kitchen! 🍬

We’ll be celebrating Pontefract’s wonderful liquorice heritage this weekend with our special festival menu, including slow-roasted pulled pork in cider, chilli and rice, posh dogs, Chicken Caesar wraps and salads, plus our homemade cakes and cheesecakes — including our liquorice cheesecake! 😋

We’ll also still be serving bacon and sausage sandwiches, along with a selection of freshly made cold sandwiches.

Pop in, take a break from the festival and enjoy some lovely homemade food in our historic setting.

Itbis so exciting to have this beautiful bridal shop now open here at The Old Courthouse, Pontefract.

It’s such a lovely addition to the building, and the shop looks absolutely stunning.

Their Grand Opening Weekend is on 3rd & 4th July, 12pm–5pm, with bridal gowns to browse, complimentary fizz and nibbles, and exclusive opening offers.

Wishing Katie every success in her new venture — it’s wonderful to see another gorgeous independent business joining us at The Old Courthouse. 🤍
