A big thank you to Ruth Gripper for her continued support 🦌

👏 BIG NEWS ALERT! 👏
We are thrilled to have been offered a £50,000 grant towards purchasing The Stag, with the help of Plunkett UK.

On top of the funding, which is obviously a huge boost, the validation and endorsement from the panel (see below) has given us a fresh shot of energy!

“The assessment panel was highly impressed by the quality of your application, the strength of your proposed activities, and your commitment to addressing loneliness and strengthening community connections. You demonstrated a clear understanding of local need and strong evidence of community engagement and consultation”

We couldn’t be prouder, and this award brings us a massive step closer to our target and to our goal of creating just the third community pub in Cornwall.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us so far, and if you haven’t got around to investing yet, now would be a really great time to get involved!
