One month ago we unlocked the doors, not quite knowing what to expect. Today we're taking a moment to look back and simply say...
Thank you.
To everyone who has stopped by for a morning coffee, joined us for lunch, shared an evening meal, celebrated a special occasion or simply popped in to say hello – thank you for supporting our little dream.
To our family and friends who have painted walls, carried boxes, washed glasses, listened to our ideas and picked us up on the tough days – we couldn't have done it without you.
Running an independent restaurant is hard work, but every full table, every kind review, every recommendation and every familiar face reminds us why we took the leap.
We're genuinely humbled by the support the Petersfield community has shown us and feel incredibly lucky to spend every day doing what we love.
Here's to the next month, the next season and many more memories shared over great food, great wine and great company.
