Following a full review of our tills, CCTV and staff enquiries regarding a recent complaint made to our business, we have been unable to verify the visit or match the details provided to us.

We have checked all cash transactions from the day in question and none match the amounts or information that were given to us. We have also spoken with other local businesses who have reported receiving very similar complaints involving the same name and similar descriptions.

As a business, we take allergies and customer safety extremely seriously, which is why every concern is fully investigated.

We are not naming individuals or making direct accusations publicly, however we would encourage local businesses to remain vigilant and ensure all incidents, payments, bookings, CCTV and communications are carefully documented.

If any other businesses have experienced something similar recently, please feel free to contact us privately and in confidence.
