Besi is back, and he’s here to introduce something new ✨

Our Salmon Breakfast is our new special - a fresh, delicious dish that we’re sure you’re going to love as much as we do 🤍

Available from tomorrow throughout the month. And who knows… if you love it as much as we do, it might just become a permanent addition to the menu.

The amazing support Trattoria Genova has received over the past 10 years has meant so much to us

Without that support, opening Eggs Nest wouldn’t have been as easy a decision. The incredible response from the Paisley community to Genova made it clear that, of course, Eggs Nest had to be in Paisley too.

Ever wondered what it’s like to run multiple restaurants? Besi’s day starts at 6am and usually doesn’t finish until after 9pm, splitting his time between Eggs Nest in the morning and afternoon before heading over to Trattoria Genova into the evening.

With most of his day spent in the kitchen, he’s always looking for an opportunity to test new dishes and ideas. 👀
