Olivia is one of our newest members of staff, and she’s already doing a fantastic job! She’s always eager to learn, get stuck in and develop her skills, and we’re so pleased to have her as part of the team. 👏

Beetroot Tartlet, Blacksticks Blue & Walnut
A crisp tart shell filled with smoked beetroot purée, topped with whipped Blacksticks Blue mousse and candied walnut.

Morecambe Bay Potted Shrimp on Toasted Sourdough
Brown shrimp gently poached in brown butter with mace and lemon, served warm on grilled sourdough with pickled samphire.

Second Course
Roasted Delica Pumpkin, Sage, Hazelnut & Tunworth Velouté
Charred Delica pumpkin with crispy sage, toasted hazelnuts, pumpkin seed oil and a light velouté enriched with local soft cheese.
