Upcoming workshop Strule Arts Centre, Omagh

Led by a Thai chef, participants will learn how to prepare three authentic vegetarian or vegan Thai recipes, using traditional ingredients, herbs, and spices. The workshop highlights how Thai cuisine naturally lends itself to plant-based cooking through the use of fresh vegetables, aromatic pastes, coconut milk, and balanced flavours. Throughout the session, the chef shares personal insights intoThai culture, food traditions, family life, and daily living in Thailand, placing the cooking experience within a wider cultural context.
