Sometimes your humble bakes prove some of the most popular.

My lemon loaf consists of the zest and juice from 2 Sicilian lemons and is super zingy even the glacé icing is made from lemon juice! Whilst freeze dried raspberries provide the tarty pop that makes this combo a classic. Definitely will be bringing one of these this Saturday to market day 💛🩷
