With the end of the school year only 4 weeks away for most local schools , made by Mimi’s diary is now open for pre-orders. These were hugely popular last year and I got such lovely feed back from teachers who recieved them as gifts x x

The cake diary is already filling up for July!! Looks like I’d better let you guys know I’ll be doing the thank you teacher/teaching assistant/nursery cupcakes again for the end of term in July , it’s soon coming round!!

I’ve been receiving lots of messages asking about my cupcakes that I made for my pups first birthday at the weekend. These are made with oats ( she’s intolerant to wheat so couldn’t use flour) , egg , banana & peanut butter with Greek yoghurt , a little cream cheese n peanut butter frosting . Why should dogs miss out on special cake treats!!! 🥰🧁🐶

It’s been a lovely day in made by mimis kitchen today . Fresh Strawberry & vanilla cupcakes delivered to my completion winner , some pretty cupcakes for my beautiful niece/god- daughter and some “ cake but not cake slices” for a birthday girl who’s friend is allergic to egg but doesn’t like vegan cakes so we planned these decorated crispy cake slices 🥰 happy customers makes a happy Mimi
