Warm, bold and spicy, the Ashiana lamb Madras will tickle your tastebuds and warm your stomach!

Chunks of lamb shoulder are cut off the bone and marinated with curry powder, methi and Kashmiri chilli powder. Then the meat is skewered and charred in our tandoor oven before being added to a rich masala gravy, featuring tamarind for a lightly tangy note. Finish with a spritz of fresh lemon to bring all the flavours together!

It's a restaurant classic and utterly delicious! If you don't like lamb, then we can also cook it for you with chicken tikka meat, King Prawns, vegetables or paneer.

These amazing starters are ready to leave our pass! What to know what these lucky diners ordered?

Sheek Kebab Kangari - minced and spiced lamb kebab grilled in tandoor and smothered with melting cheese.

Hyderabad kebabs - tender lamb cooked with cinnamon, cardamom and Bengal gram, minced packed with yoghurt cheese, mint, and onions, a delicacy from the province of Hyderabad.

Kolmino Sahs - our version of a 'puri' starter. Choose from juicy freshwater prawns, huge King Prawns or tender chunks of chicken, sautéed in a spiced sweet and sour sauce served in a puri, with a wedge of lemon and Chef's Special Sauce.

Our Spicy Jinga starter won't blow your head off with heat - we promise! But it will blow your mind with the combination of spices that we use to create this delicious dish.

Huge Bangladeshi King Prawns are marinated in a spiced yoghurt, then grilled until perfectly juicy in our fiery tandoor oven. The dish is served with lightly fried onions and a salad. Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over the top to bring the whole dish together and enjoy!
