📣 We want YOUR Opinion 📣

We want to start by thanking the community and everyone for their amazing support, lovely comments, and excitement about Food Trucks on Avalon! Your enthusiasm means the world to us 🙌

We have received a large number of emails and messages from food truck vendors as well as the people in the community asking us which days this market will take place. Since we are doing this for you and to bring excitement back to the Avalon Drive area and the greater Hamilton community, we want to leave this choice up to you 🎉

Here's how you can help us decide:

1) Please type in the comments which days you think would be best for this food market to take place. 🗓️

2) Before you type in your preferred days, please scroll through the comments to see if someone else has already suggested the same days. 👀

3) If you find that someone has the same preferred days, please kindly like their comment instead of posting a duplicate. 👍

We will review every single comment, and the comment with the highest number of likes will determine the days of the week our market will run 🚚🌟

Please note: this post will also be shared in other Facebook groups, including the Nawton Community Group. We will compare the number of likes across all groups and make an announcement in a few days based on the results!

📣 Important Update 📣

PLEASE NOTE: Google Maps still shows 2 houses on this property. This information is outdated, and the yard is now vacant. Please see the pictures attached to this post to confirm what we're saying. If you'd like to see for yourself, please drive by the site. It is located right next to the Avalon Drive Tire Shop, which is a blue-looking building.

Please also note, there is a sign on the yard indicating a development of 8 commercial shops. This project will not start until very late. In the meantime, the landlord wants to create a food truck market on this yard.

Our mission here is to create a great kai, epic events, and a fun, friendly atmosphere for both the Avalon Drive area and the greater Hamilton Community.

If you are a food truck vendor, Join us in creating the best food truck experience in Hamilton. Be part of 'Food Trucks on Avalon' and help us make this vision a reality!"
