If you don’t know Kate, then you’ve not met the best restaurant manager in Lymm!
Here’s a little appreciation post for the lady who makes it all happen and keeps everything running smoothly.
From the moment you walk through the door, Kate is the warm welcome, the calming presence, the problem solver, the organiser, and often the person making sure every little detail is just right. Whether she’s looking after guests, supporting the team, or spinning a hundred plates at once, she does it all with a smile.
Eighteen simply wouldn’t be the same without her. Her passion, dedication and genuine care for both our customers and team shine through every single day.
So here’s to Kate — the heart of the restaurant, the queen of hospitality, and the reason so many of our guests keep coming back.
She’s also a big Deacon Blue fan!
