Hiππ½ββοΈto all our beloved followers and customers. Let me introduce myself, I am Nataly, pastry chef and owner of Dulcey London.
I wanted to thank you for all the wonderful reviews and for helping to grow my small business.
A little bit about myself: I worked for many years as a pastry chef in several starred restaurants and pastry shops between Italy and England, but due to a rare disease that sometimes puts me in bed I had to stop working. Nevertheless, I didn't want to give up because I love my job and that is why a few months ago I decided to start my own business. Since I found out about my health problem I started to change my diet and lifestyle. I started to exercise more and more and eating mostly whole foods, gluten free and lactose free foods. And thatβs how I came up with the idea of creating plant based π± and gluten free cheesecakesπ°. At Dulcey london all our cakes are made with natural and fresh ingredientsπππππ, we donβt use artificial flavours/colorants, plus all our delicious π° contain live cultures that help your body digest food.
