prepared and fairly priced to its customers. was the first seafood restaurant in the world to work closely with the Marine Stewardship Council in sourcing fish. This simply underlines our commitment to quality and freshness as an integral part to its ongoing success and popularity. We're also very proud to now be supporting the National Lobster Hatchery with it's 'Buy one set one free' campaign. Our central location in Borough Market means that London’s best produce is right on our doorstep. We are proud to say that we source most of our products from Borough Market itself, and our fish is delivered daily from our very own fishmonger, Jarvis of Kingston, which is renowned for its extensive range of the freshest fish and seafood and sits next door to our (little) sister restaurant fish!
