Our monthly food and wine pairing is here… 🍷

This month we're pairing our “Insalata di Mare” Seafood Salad with a beautifully balanced Ciro from Ippolito - a wonderful new addition to our wine collection as we begin sourcing wines from Calabria, in the deep south of Italy.

Founded over 170 years ago, Ippolito is the oldest vineyard in Calabria, located in the historic centre of Cirò Marina near the Ionian Sea. Known for producing high-quality wines using traditional Calabrian grapes, the vineyard’s mission is centred around preserving tradition and enhancing ancient vines.

A perfect pairing that brings together fresh coastal flavours and authentic southern Italian heritage. 🇮🇹🍇

Something new has arrived at the Coach House...

We’ve refreshed things for the season with the launch of our new speciality Monthly Menu and updated Lunch Menu - bringing new dishes, seasonal ingredients and a few new reasons to make your next reservation.

From lighter lunch options to signature plates made for slower evenings, the new menus are designed to give every visit something different.

We’ve also introduced a new Specials Menu featuring seasonal dishes and chef’s favourites that will be changing regularly.

If you’re joining us soon, we’d highly recommend trying the 'Galletto alla Diavola' - baby chicken cooked in a spicy chilli, paprika and rosemary sauce 🌶️

Last week's heatwave provided the perfect backdrop for an evening discovering the wines of Cantine San Marzano, one of Puglia’s most celebrated producers.

In partnership with HN Wines our guests enjoyed a guided tasting journey through Italy’s sunniest region, with each wine thoughtfully paired with dishes from our kitchen.

One of the highlights of the evening was the Primitivo di Manduria Riserva Sessantanni. A rich, full-bodied red wine crafted from vines over 60 years old, with notes of cherry, spice and to***co. If you missed the event, you’ll be pleased to know it’s available to enjoy with your meal here at the Coach House.
