A pleasure to cater for the Guild of Designers “Take a Seat” at GASWRX in Birmingham with Soho House. A huge thanks to the guys at Room 2 for trusting us with the food.

Bringing people together over thoughtfully crafted food is at the heart of what we do, and we loved being part of an evening celebrating design and creativity.

A beautiful wedding at the London Rowing Club for Ruth & Tim. We designed a menu to pair with their w**e selection. Citrus cured salmon with buttermilk emulsion to start, followed by rump of lamb and ginger panna cotta to finish. Naturally, proceedings started with some beautiful Canapes. It was a lovely day…..

Meat Pete 👨‍🍳

The man behind a lot of what comes out of the Piptree kitchen.

Pete is our Head of Food, and a huge part of what makes Piptree, Piptree.

From developing and creating bespoke menus for weddings, private dinners and events, Pete brings a ridiculous amount of passion, creativity and attention to detail to everything he cooks.

He’s all about great ingredients, big flavours and food people actually want to eat! No unnecessary fuss, just seriously good cheffing! #

Behind the scenes, he’s also the one constantly tweaking, tasting, improving and occasionally telling us that something needs “a bit more acid”. 😂

We’re incredibly lucky to have him leading our kitchen and helping us push Piptree forward.

So if you’ve eaten something you loved at Piptree recently, there’s a pretty good chance Pete had something to do with it.

Meet Craig. Craig has been with us from the beginning. There’s too many stories to tell, and this is no exception. He’s part of the fabric at Piptree. Whether he’s having his picture taken with wedding couples in their family photos, going naked (yes, really) or singing karaoke. He’s on all of our events and he brings something not many of people can. As much as we are professional and take what we do seriously, it’s having the team we do that really makes Piptree tick. We wouldn’t have it any other way. We love you Craig!!!
