A little look at some of our recent private events downstairs.

When people book Yamas! for a celebration, we don’t order trays of food from somewhere else. We make everything ourselves.

This buffet included our 48-hour cold fermented focaccia, watermelon & feta skewers, vegan bulgur wraps, homemade salads and plenty of Greek favourites from our kitchen.

We love seeing friends, families and colleagues gather around good food, a glass of wine and a table full of things made with care.

If you’re looking for somewhere a little different for your next celebration, our downstairs bar might be just the place.

Made with our chef’s yaya’s 80-year-old starter and slowly cold fermented for 48 hours, this is bread the way it used to be made: with patience, tradition, and time.

Every loaf tells a story. This one started in a family kitchen many years ago and now finds its way to your table at Yamas!

This Friday at Yamas! is going to be a little different…

Our lovely Rob is hosting another special Jazz Fridays night downstairs, this time with MLN bringing a brilliant live jazz-funk set to the bar. Expect everything from Japanese jazz fusion to “jazzified” K-pop, acid jazz grooves, dancey moments, and a few surprises along the way. We will also have some wonderful local guest musicians joining during the night.

Music starts from 8pm. Free entry as always. Come for dinner, stay for the music, and maybe end up dancing with a cocktail in your hand by the piano bar.

Yamas! Gastrobar is now open Tuesday to Saturday for both lunch and dinner, and we have launched a brand new lunch menu.

Fresh Greek flavours, quick lunches, long lunches, coffee, cocktails, sharing plates… whatever your lunchtime mood is, we are here for it.
