ORDERING & PAYMENT POLICY - Sarah's Sweet Treets
Thank you for choosing me to be part of your special occasion! Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Booking & Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of placing your order to secure your date. • Your date is not secured by message alone - it is only confirmed once the deposit is received. • I do not chase for deposits. It is your responsibility to pay on time or your date may be released. • The remaining balance is due on collection or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Birthdays, Anniversaries & Special Occasions
• Payment must be made in full at the time of pre-ordering. • These payments are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
• All deposits and pre-order payments are non-refundable if you cancel. • If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
4. Notice Period
• A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required for all orders. • No late orders will be accepted. Last-minute orders will only be considered if it's a simple design and I confirm I have availability.
5. Storage & Enjoyment
• Please keep cakes wrapped and refrigerated. • Remove from the fridge 1-2 hours before serving for the best taste and texture.
