Some new drinks land across our restaurants today. There’s a lovely section on the cocktail page that features some signature serves created by the talented people that head up our bars. We’ll be spotlighting them over the next few weeks.

First up - Sampierre, a punchy aperitif from Tom at the Docks. Blanco tequila stirred down icy cold with a homemade samphire & chilli shrub and a touch of citrus. It lives somewhere between a dirty martini and a spicy margarita.

One to try this weekend, enjoy two in quick succession for optimum effect.

If you’ve been to the new Maray restaurant in Chester, you may have noticed an optional £1 donation on your bill for Soul Kitchen. Since December, through these donations alone, Maray customers have raised a staggering £5,000 for our charity 👏🫶

Your donations will go directly to providing food and support to those experiencing homelessness and food poverty in Chester.

So if you’ve had the pleasure of dining at Maray over the past few months and have chosen to donate to us, thank you!
