❤️ A proud moment for India 🇮🇳

Like many people, we watched the news about Captain Smit Machchhar, the Indian pilot who showed incredible courage during the Flydubai incident.

Despite being seriously injured, he fought to protect the passengers and helped prevent a terrible tragedy. His courage, presence of mind and determination to save others is truly inspiring.

From all of us at Hinglish, thank you, Captain Smit, for putting the lives of others before your own.

Wishing you a full and speedy recovery. 🙏❤️

A true example of courage.

Christmas Day at Hinglish ❤️

This Christmas Day, we’re opening from 12:30pm–4:30pm for a special traditional English Christmas roast — £45 per person.

🎄 Normal bookings are £45pp.

Since the day we opened Hinglish, we’ve always tried to do a little something at Christmas for people who may not be able to afford to go out, may be alone, or are simply going through a difficult time. It’s something we believe in, and we’ll continue doing it for as long as we can. ❤️

So this year, we’re once again offering a small number of FREE covers for people who genuinely need them.

These free places are limited .
You’ll receive exactly the same Christmas menu as everyone else, including one soft drink — completely free.

🤫 Everything will be private and confidential. No embarrassment and no explanations needed — when you come through our doors, you’re simply our guest. ❤️

We only ask that this offer isn’t misused, as we want these few places to go to people who genuinely need them.

Our local community has supported Hinglish since we opened, through both good times and difficult times. This is our small way of giving something back. ❤️

🎄 Christmas Day | 12:30pm–4:30pm
🍽️ Christmas Roast Set Menu | £45pp
❤️ A few FREE covers available for those who genuinely need them
📩 Pre-booking and pre-order required.

For a normal booking at £45pp, please contact us as usual.

If you genuinely need one of our free places, please send us a message or give us call .❤️

We have the most wonderful, loyal regulars who keep us going, and we love you all dearly 🫶 But it’s also so special to see new faces walking through our doors too. When new customers come in, enjoy the food, and take the time to leave their honest thoughts — it truly helps us grow, improve, and reach more people in our community.

Every review — whether from a familiar face or someone trying us for the first time — is a gift. Thank you for being part of the Hinglish family, for your kind words, your honest feedback, and for choosing us. 🙏

We can’t wait to welcome you — old friends and new — very soon! 🍽️✨

👨‍🍳 Lesson 1: How to crack an egg! 😂

No breakfast at Hinglish anymore… so the training academy has officially moved home! 🤣

Teaching my son some of the simple but important kitchen skills. Because being a chef isn’t just about recipes — you learn by doing, making mistakes, getting messy and trying again.

Start them young… you never know, one day he might be teaching me! ❤️👨‍🍳

“Here’s a little chef’s tip 👨‍🍳🔥
Roasting black pepper and spices before using them can make a BIG difference. The gentle heat helps release their natural oils, bringing out deeper aroma, warmth and flavour.

It’s a small step, but that extra flavour is what makes a dish special. 🌶️✨”**
